How this black dress accessories for winter ball?

Need advice on this dress style while still looking elegant but not sloppy and maintain my style rock and roll. I have very pale skin and dark hair so it is best to look with silver jewelry to bring out my eyes, but was considering the possibility of bronze? Ideally, chandelier earrings and cocktail rings with a clutch and heels huge! Any suggestions on styles, colors, shops? thanks:) I think a collar will be too heavy with the cleavage, and as much as I love pearl necklaces and rings will not make the dress sloppy?
