Old Horror Movie Name?

I remember once watching a movie when I was younger, I was about seven or eight. Was any horror film, but was probably made in the 80 or 90. Anyway, the story is about these people trying to escape a museum or a large building of some sort. And there was like a big dinosaur lizard monster hunt trying kill issue. Also, if I remember there was a tornado tornado blue monster or something like that witch also killed and at the end of the film I remember Like a magic (as in Aladdin) or something like that. It is apparently the movie, I remember very well, even if - (one of the boys been trying to upload something that scaffold tubes and perhaps lizard man / creature trying to kill him.
