How I can date a light fixture?

I have an antique hanging light. It's heavy as all get out, painted black with gold accents. others very thick floral pieces in gold and fanciness about it. It has 4 lights, one in the center and three around, all the same size glass globes-up, with a Greek key etched on the frosted glass. I do not know if these are the original balloons, but seems to fit very well. I would love to be able to put a photo. This does not help at all what it does? I can not find anything similar online either. Today, electrical and I'm not sure if he had been anything but.
