Friends heart rate went up to 200 bpm resting and then it dropped should we be worried?

my friends was in A&E and she was dizzy etc she has suspected neurological problems which are bing investigated
(( she been sick for a year )) with a hole host of symptoms which include twitching etc . i was with her at the hospital and her heart rate went up to 200 beats per minute on the screen the dropped right down .
she was not herself she was not speaking properly slurred speech obviously light headed etc
but when her heart rated did this she was laying down not doing a thing

but when the nurse say her heart rate wasn’t what it was suppose to be she did nothing i don’t even think she informed the doctor .

Obviously if she is having these sorts of episodes, there is cause for concern. Hopefully they will carry out further exploratory tests and diagnose whatever problem she has. Once this is done, treatment can in most cases be provided.
