Christmas ornaments during the season, get with the local blue ribbon pie winner (etc) from the local fair and create a local recipe book—this can all be done on consignment simply to create foot traffic and you take 10-15% of the selling price except for the recipe book which you take 30% and the other 70% is divided among everyone who contributes. Clothing is going to be cheaper at walmart, or on-line so be very careful. Home Decor is going to be the same unless you make an effort to get to know who likes what and order that. Good Luck
