Need help deciding what color for the cabinets etc. please help pics attached?

Hi, we just bought a house and i was really wanting a hearts and stars kitchen, the the kitchen is allready decorated in green country? would you change it or would you leave it as it is in your opinion? Also if you would change it what colors would you go with for the cabinets and walls? I can not decide what would look better. After i look at the kitchen it is doable but i just dont know if there is just to much green? Also please excuse the mess of the house, we have not moved in yet and just bought it, it was a foreclosure home and there stuff is still there.

I would change just about everything in there. I admit your chosen style isn’t mine, either, though.
I’m totally against wallpaper in a kitchen. It gets nasty fast and is hard to keep clean without wearing off the color. You could repaint the cabinet doors a matching red. The white part would work with your colors. Take down the existing wallpaper, for sure.
You can usually peel the vinyl part off pretty easily, then mix a bit of fabric softener with water in a spray bottle, dampen the remainder and scrape it off.
You might want to replace the wood countertops. You can get pre-sized laminate ones pretty cheaply at Home Depot.
