I’m having a valentine’s day wedding, my colors are red & white, my flowers are roses, and I’m wanting it to be very elegant and romantic.
I found these cute little lamp shades that you put on top of wine glasses & you put a tealight candle in the wine glass & it looks like a little lamp. They’re really cute.. See here:

I planned on using these as centerpieces with 4-5 votive candles around it & rose petals scattered on the table. However, I started wondering if these would be too small considering it is the size of a wine glass. Would this look good or no?
Oh & I’ll be using 8′ round tables.
I’ll be using smokeless, dripless candles.
I think they would be pretty with maybe 3 or 4 around the center with the candles and the flower petals. I suggest you get different sized wine glasses for them to sit on.. maybe a really tall one, and a medium sized one and a smaller one. Also.. make sure they are good quality.. I’m worried they might be like paper which would take away from the elegance you’re trying to create. I know they sell glass ones online (if these aren’t). Good luck!
