Ventilation fan, Panasonic Whisper Ceiling 110 CFM (FV-11VQ3) or NuTone 110 CFM Ultra Silent Energy Star?

My architect choose Nutone for our house b/c it looks clean white and it’s venting through the side. But people are telling me that Panasonic is the best one in market.

what I would check out, now you know they are equal in CFM… is the noise rating (quiet)… you might find this at home depot… they usually have a display with that info or one of their websites… cause quiet is nice!!!
