I bought a lamp from RoomsToGo and they gave me a floor model (encouraged me to take it) without letting me know it was a final sale. We got the lamp home and it was too big for the room and we tried to return it the same day and they wouldn’t even take it back with a re-stocking fee! I asked for a store credit and they wouldn’t do that too..
