Be a light to help plants grow regular bulb?

I have some normal power (LED?) Solar lamps barely lighting the way to my house. If I move some of them to a place in the garden, where plants suffer in the shade all day, be the normal (LED?) Lights help plants grow? (Obviously I would put them in the sun during the day, and move the plants to suffer at night.) Also I have some small house plants that I have move to other room (with less light than it probably needed.) If I allow my children to borrow Additional night light, they help? Or if I go to a maximum set in the bulb in the room (The bulb operates with a voltage regulator, so I guess that is one of the bulbs in fashion. I think it is 45 watts) I have also some of the ecological useful light bulbs, but they are too bright for me, and I do wrong, so I prefer not to use them if possible. (I am extremely sensitive.)

If plants are suffering in the shadow are those who prefer full sun, the LED lights will not help. LEDs used to light pathways through the nights are not enough intense. The same goes for indoor plants. If low light is good for them, artificial light will be fine. If you need more intense light, the addition of low light a couple of hours per day will do nothing for them. If you have plants that require bright light, give it at night when no one is to be disturbed by light. Ie as long as they can close the door and not be disturbed by any light that filters through the cracks around the door.
