Photoflood bulbs and a clamp light fixture in Perth, West Australia?

The light fixture has to be ceramic as this kind of bulb gets so hot that if it is plastic then it will melt. I tried bunnings to get hte fixture, but had no luck.
I am looking to use it to make a cheap softbox.

The Ceramic bases can be purchased from any Lighting supplier, usually in an Edison screw configuration.
