There are many little things that you can do to bring back your guests to the 1970s. Use the Internet as one of your main resources for party theme ideas. You can also check with local party supply places and see what they have to help you create your retro wedding. Don’t forget party favors for your guests to take home such as a mini disco light with your name and date included on a ribbon attached. Typical party favors from back in that day was a little bit of lace with butter mints, secured neatly with a bow. Your options are literally limitless. Be sure to check out different DJs to see which ones will go with the 1970s theme. You may find that some of the DJs actually have a whole party theme planned for retro parties so they can really spice things up a bit.
