I really doubt your PIR sensor will detect your lights. They are probably not even in the view area of the PIR sensors. (and if you are talking about table lamps with shades, shades will probably shield a large portion of the infrared radiation.

Why not just test it? Just set the timer up for lights to turn on within the next 30 mins, prepare some tea, pick up a book, turn on the alarm system and leave your house to preferably read your book in your front porch/garden, your neighbor, or a close-by coffee house/bookstore/library.

By the way, if your alarm is visible from outside, makes it clear that it is armed, and yet some lights are going on and off in the house, a thief can probably figure out that there is noone in the house and the lights are just on some timer.
