Liquidation of assets?
I have about $150,000 (retail value) of home decor goods. If I were to call in a liquidator, what should be my reasonable expectation of proceeds – is there a better way to make more money than liquidation?
Liquidation usually nets around 20% of retail value… try selling in lots… or to a wholesale distributor.
