If you need a lender, they are going to look seriously at your business background and the more dedicated you are to one single business venture, the better your chances of getting a business loan.

The retail trade takes at 3+ years to really get going and would not be compatible with the other two. Don’t forget that a retail store requires you to be there at least 14 hours a day, unless you have employees in which case you really need money.
