Why are customers of Home Depot so rude and unpleasant?

As a former employee of this company, I always wondered about the question above. I worked for this company in two different states (one in the south and one in the western United States) and attitudes of customers is almost identical. I think some people get mad when a store does not carry anything which is automatically associated Sales to blame. WRONG! Products that are realized (and unrealized) in shops are determined by the parent and person in each store. Furthermore, I honestly believe that most people who buy into the HD probably never had to work details a day in your life and / or were fed and reared as a group of spoiled rich kids and then play the role. Otherwise, why do people suddenly become moody, then that in these stores? This is not the intention to start a *****, I really know the answer to this!

The gray concrete floors create a sad .. No lol ... The trick with the retail store like Home Depot, many things are specific.
