How can a person go about qualifying for a grant to have a new home built?

Hi, and I am hoping someone very knowledgeable can assist me by answering my question truthfully and with care. I have been saving and trying for many years to have my own home built. I finally was able to buy the property and ran into problems beyond my control. I can’t seem to to when I begin saving for the construction, something/someone comes along with an extra added huge burden that I am unable to control. I am going thru the courts here where I am to right these wrongs but in the meantime, is there any light at the end of the tunnel where I currently stand?

I totally agree with you . The only area in this situation that I know anything about is that if you have a business that you are trying to start up in your home , you can apply for a grant from the government . Some of these grants don’t even have to be paid back . I have heard of a woman who had a day care center who’s house was funded with a grant . There is a government grant application office located in Sacramento ,ca . There are thousands of grants that you can apply for . It seems to be a matter of knowing how to fill out these applications . There are specifically grants to help women start their own businesses etc .
