would i get past airport security with a compass?
I’m going to miami for the holidays to see my dad. I got a project for geometry but i need my dads help, he is an engineer so he is good with math. anyway, it requires using a compass because were practicing constructing angles, arcs, and radis and the whole 9 yards. Would airport security let me past or would they confiscate it? My mom and dad said to leave my kit home and just buy one there but i am still curios. thankyou for your time
As long as it’s in your checked in luggage, you should be OK. If you were it bring it as carry on you’d be in some serious trouble.
