Looking for benefits for part-time hourly worker. I noticed that Lowes’ offers 40hrs of vacation after 1 year. Their 401k is as follows: 100% match for first 3% of income, 50% match for next 2%, and finally 25% match for next 1%.
The Lowes deal looks pretty darn good….thats an immediate 4.75% ROI on 401k deposits… not too shabby if ya ask me…..
