What a stunning model you have!!!! No wonder you’re keen to do this properly

The first thing that popped into my head was that the white sheet wasn’t white at all. That is best fixed via a combination of techniques:
1) make sure to have the right white balance for the room (i.e. do a custom white balance before you start).
2) Put some more distance between the model and the background, which also helps hide the wrinkles. I know it can be hard due to space constraints, but I’m just telling you the ideal situation. Now use an extra flash to light up the backdrop. If you have a nice backdrop (i.e. colours and patterns) you want to see it, but a white sheet you’re trying to make it disappear, the extra light will help you “blow” it out of the picture.
3) In post processing, use levels/curves and possibly selections/masks to take care of the leftovers.

Having more distance and a large aperture would help hide wrinkles.

When you ask for critiques like this, it would help to include the camera’s EXIF files, we could give some more specific hints that way instead of having to guess at what you had done.

Make sure the eyes are tack sharp – some of your shots are a tiny bit on the soft side.

Number 4 and 5 don’t look good – there is distortion due to lens/distance, which makes her head look too big.
