Whats the best way to light video?
I just bought a digital camcorder and want to light my subject but the regular lighting leaves the video darker than Id like it. What is the best way to light these sort of cameras? I didnt think I should get an expensive light fixture and I found that there are flourescents, HMI (whatever that means) and tungsten. What works for simple amatuer indoor video? Also I need to get up in those tight spaces……yeah, you know what I mean….lol.
My camcorder is a simple one without a hotshoe or anything like that. Its simply a digital one with a poor flash for stills. I want a the best cheap lite source for this type of camera. What works for you on yours? (assuming you own and operate an inexpensive one)
