I do a color portrait photo project, someone can give me advice on studio lighting?

I take three shots, two main high and a low-key high and I would not be able to have access to a studio. I know how to work with lights studio, but can someone give me some advice on how to maximize natural light and window light interior to get a professional looking pictures?
