How do I get the film 8 mm Kodak film, Kodak Brownie Camera II? So how can I get it developed?

I have a DC-8 Keystone 8mm projector that may / may not work for the film hypothetical, but the projector is also a lamp (the engine is running.) Help! I The short 8 mm films and need help with my supplies and equipment in order, I find it hard to determine just what I need based Internet search and eBay. I need someone who knows his stuff.
