Can electrical lighting still be installed in a very vaulted ceiling – post new build?

I have really vaulted ceilings, something like 18 feet, but I still want new electrical installed there. I’ve heard that there isn’t much space left between the ceiling and the roof itself, but is it still possible to guide wires, or do whatever you guys do to get the right electrical there?

Yes, you can still run elec. but, it’s going to be expensive. The “fishing ” could take awhile due to the height/ length.
