Green eyes, dark hair, 5’8”, 110lbs – Could I become an Indian fashion model in America?

I’m 100% Indian Gujarati, born in Mumbai and grew up in Los Angeles. I’m 24 years old, 5’8” and weigh a little less than 110lbs. I have green eyes and light skin and long brown hair. Could I become an Indian fashion model in America? I went to a Bollywood Miss America Pageant and Indian fashion designers took my phone number and asked me to model for them. They never called back but I’m thinking it might be fun to try. How would I start? I’d love to get advice from someone who has actually tried this. Thanks!!!
