Rewiring a ceiling fan and light fixture?

First of all I have two controls and a black and red wire coming from the ceiling. From the bottom part a black, a white, and a blue wire are coming out. While I went to the store my son and my nephew tryed to take it apart, so now I don’t know what goes with what.

Turn the power off. You should have three wires in the box in the ceiling, red, black and white with a bare copper or green. Wire nut the white to the white in the fan. Then wire nut the red feed to black in the fan and the black feed to the blue. The blue is for the light and the black is the fan. The white is the common for both the light and the fan. Wire nut or screw the ground (bare copper or green ) to the fan box or green wire in the fan. If the switches are marked fan and light and they are reversed you can change them out by changing the black and blue wires.
