Where do I get a light bulb with two prongs attached to a flat surface?

Can I upload a picture to the questions? That would make it easy. Anyway, this is the stupidest lightbulb I’ve ever seen. It is a flourescent top part with PLT13W WW written on top. That’s the top flourescent part, I’ve discovered. The part that screws in is plastic, and perfectly flat on top, with two silver metal round prongs about 1/8 inch in circumfrance each. The flat circular bottom is about 1 inch in circumfrance. I bought this cheap bathroom fixture at home depot, now I can’t find any replacement bulbs. I think I got jacked. Anyone know where I might find this light? I’ve searched the internet, went back to home depot, lowe’s, nobody has it.
