The Dining Room

The dining room is also an important room that adds value to the home. An outstanding chandelier will turn a buyer’s head, especially when it is not the typical homogenous look. Textured finishes that are not overly ornate appeal to a wide range of buyers, assuring you to get the investment back. Look for warmer tones such as bronze or black for a bit of drama.

The Bathrooms

Bathrooms seem to become dated quickly in terms of light fixtures, so this is another area where you can increase the market value. Bathrooms need to be well lit and personable, being one of the most important places a buyer will notice for being up to date. Again, choose fixtures that work with the current trend finishes while not being too trendy in design.

Lastly, take a walk through the home and look at the secondary overhead fixtures in the hallways and bedrooms. These do not need to be stand outs, but should reflect the rest of the home in finish and simplicity. Wanting to go back to natural, but can i dye it at home with high lights?

I got my hair colored to a light brown and got high lights a while ago. So you can see my roots (Dark brown) and I don’t like it. I was thinking about dying it to match my natural color again.
If I get Loreal or any of thse other kinds of home-hair-dying products and use it on my already dyed hair and high lights will it look bad or funny? I dont want to get it stripped because that sounds harsh. But yeah my hair is a lighter color and I’m dying it darker, I think it should work out, but I need a second oppinion!
