Is buying a 3 year old computer off amazon a good idea?

I want to buy/build a computer (for decent gaming) and found a good deal on amazon. The only problem is its used and I’m not sure if I should buy or not. The guy told me it was used as a business computer for 3 years and claims its in good condition. He is selling it at $240. Here are the specs:
