Which is more profitable?

How much of a price difference can be expected between the 2 options below? 1. To have 1 or 2 units of air conditioning in the small window? If so, keep on and turn it into alternating current of cold air to keep the fan or ac all the time? 2. Or have 3 fans regularly throughout the day, two of each: the roof, miniature (hand size) and large box fan cheap ($ 10 at Wal-Mart). These fans running almost all the time. I do not know if this helps to solve this: the windows and door of this house are not efficient. And right now we can not fix that problem. Sometimes I just opening the door of cold in the morning and let the ceiling fan to air cool outside. It gets really ugly here, even when it's cold outside, so I do. If I use window air conditioners, the rest of the windows are closed but they are inefficient.
