They don’t… I’ve worked in lighting industry for over 6 years and can assure that the quality of Minka’s is nowhere near Casablanca’s. However, their designs kick Casablanca’s butt, especially if you are going for modern looking fan, and their remote control systems are sooo easy! They are just not as powerfull as Casablancas, and once they break -they hardly worth repairing. So, if you are going for the bargain – go with Minka, if you want your fan to last and be functional (push air that is), it’s worth to invest in Casablanca!
