Running cable to power outdoor post lamp?
I am looking to put in a new lamp at the end of my driveway. It is only about 35 feet away from my house. I am just wondering what the best way is to run cable out. I don’t really want to have to put piping in, but would rather just have a cable that can be buried. Depending on pricing, I am not sure if I am going to do a hard wire lamp or a plug in yet.
just install direct bury cable.We use the same principle when we run the cable to a well pump direct bury no conduit.This should be available at any electric supply house or DIY store such as Lowes
