Villa Nicoletta is part of some of the most beautiful St Thomas Villas on the island. The villa is located on the lush tropical North side of the island in Caret Bay and set in a private gated community. The villas are all gated and individually owned. Villa Nicoletta has the most amenities by far as you can see by visiting there web site.

Rental rates for this stunning villa vary depending on how many people are staying in the house. The more bedrooms you use the higher the price goes but rental rates run from $3600-$6300 US. This villa is constantly booked so renting in advance is always a good suggestion.

Probably the most stunning attribute of Villa Nicoletta is its custom hand built Tiki Bar and outdoor kitchen. The bar is made from genuine Bamboo and custom mosaic hand tiles. It is nestled under one of the three decks and has all custom Lynx professional grills and kitchen equipment. The bar includes a grill with searing capabilities, out door refrigerator, fifty pound ice maker, and cocktail station. The bar has all recessed lighting, double ceiling fans, Plasma TV with Satellite and Bose Outdoor Speakers. It’s just an amazing feature to have for people that like to have fun and for families to gather around.

The villa has 2200 internal square feet with 1500 square feet of decking. Decking includes 1 large wraparound area and 2 decks off the bedrooms. Most of your time will be spent sunbathing during the day or gazing at the stars whilst sitting in the hot tub at night.

The property is managed very well and has an outstanding crew of workers. From gardeners, pool companies and people that take care of the 2 mosquito magnets.
