Solar Lights will give you What You Want

If you have a patio or deck then you need outdoor lighting to illuminate it and the area around it at night.

When you install patio solar lights you are able to create just the right atmosphere to get the sort of style and ambience that you prefer. And of course by mixing different lighting effects you can use different combinations for different occasions making the use of solar patio lights and solar deck lights extremely versatile.

Is this possible to make a 12Volt PIR & FloodLight from a 240V one?

I have a solar/car battery system setup, and want to run an outside Security PIR Light using 12 Volts. Is it possible to buy a 240V Security Pir Light (fairly cheap to buy), and change it to work with a 12V supply?

Absolutely not. The element that lights up has a certain amount of electrical resistance (ohms) depending on the voltage to be used. The resistance on a 12v is not proper for 240v and would immediately burn out when used.
