DLP PROJECTOR LAMPS replacement cheaper alternative?

Also I have a video-grade piano DLP projector which is 200 watts and about 500 lumens and 1000 within hours of bulb life. I use a home theater room is dedicated entirely dark on a screen of 100 ". It's almost as the video movie and I've been using for 7 years in an average viewing time of 2 hours / day. (Obviously, exceeded the rated lamp life.) Today I'm using my second replacement bulb and I know that sooner or later it will expire as well. Replacement cost is $ 400.00. Is there an alternative or more inexpensive, such as changing the bulb and not all of the light with all the same power? Is this possible? Is there a place I could buy this "halogen as bulb? Any suggestions or the answer is very significant.
