How do I prevent my ceiling fan, remote control of my two ceiling fans in my house?

I have 2 fans in my cieling Hunter I installed home and are the same models. I'm not sure the model number. Whether a form is at one end of the house and the other is at the opposite end. When control of a remote controlled fan, another fan has the opposite function. (That is, turn on the light in room 1, the light in the room 2 goes out, etc) Its not pronlem big one, but when people are in the two chambers of her really annoying. How can I fix this without buying a new fan? Thank you.
