i tried doing part a i used the equation wf= wi+alpha*t solved for it with the givens got 0.438 which is wrong i think it needs to be in revs per sec which i dont know how to convert/ do? thxs in advance for help

a) 0.438 rev/s is the correct answer. Maybe they want you to give the angular velocity in radians per second. 1 rev/s = 2*pi rad/s, so w = 2*pi*0.438 rad/s in that case.
