upstairs bedroom lighting?
i have converted 1 large bedroom into 2 smaller bedrooms for my kids.there was a single pendant light in the centre of the room.i have fitted 2 50w gu10 downlights in each room and was wondering how they should be wired.should they be wired in sequence.it.s just i have tried it this way but they kept tripping the circuit breaker out every so often.
the total bulb wattage upstairs is 224 watts 2 x 50watt in each bedroom 1 x 12 watt energy saver bulb in my room and in the bathroom
AC wiring is always done in parallel. All the white wires are connected together and all the black wires are wired together in each location. And of course, all the grounds are wired together. If you connect a white to a black you will trip the circuit breaker.
