Silver Jewelry - pure white background?

I need help photographing jewelry polished silver on a very pure white (# ffffff) for a use on a website. I recently bought a kit for this: a white tent, a small light. Olympus E520 DSLR A lens Zuiko 35mm macro. 2 lamps 300W with bulbs 5000k daylight photography. Easy with the kit you have. Use the same basic configuration as the light (of each side): http://www.flickr.com/photos/pchthetwit/4560372491/ but ceramic white and transparent background white. By exposing remember meters white, and then exposed to the VE 1.7, so that you appear white, while not burning pixels. You really want to shoot in manual mode if exposures are compatible, and also establish its white balance to daylight (or perhaps establish the exact number, 5000K to match their lights).
