You didn’t say what the problem is, but if it is that the touch feature has stopped working, your choices are limited. You can buy replacement touch units and carefully take apart one lamp (use the second lamp as an illustration) and attach the new unit following the wiring on the other lamp. Make sure all connections are secured then plug in the repaired lamp. If it works properly, use it as your guide to repair the second lamp. The other option is to remove and discard the touch units and rewire the lamps to use only the switch. Take apart the wiring from the touch module and remove them, then check the wiring. Connect the lamp wires to the plug wires together with wire nuts.
