If North American Union is happening ...?

What about our right to bear arms? Mexico and Canada are citizens are not allowed have guns legally. How could they do this work? Could our constitution still standing in the light of this Union? bear weapons and gazillion things crossed my mind. The minimum wage, social security are a couple of others. That said, I am not a weapon fire, have never been and never thought it would. Now, I am interested in this Union and I was wondering if I should carry weapons now before losing the opportunity. Is it possible that this union with two thirds of non-character not being able to legally carry weapons and to allow third maintain their right to do so?
