I need someone to explain the scale system model for me! HO? N?

I am looking for a small park bench model. Its for the game table at my wedding. I wanted to be unique and have a small park model made for my wedding. I have found small light pole, bird baths and trees that are all place card holders. I also found little place card holders were the park benches. Unfortunately it has discontinued the product. I was looking at a model shops online to buy only park benches size model unless for effect, but do not understand the world of modeling. Them do not say inches from the elements. They just tell it like HO scale. I basically need a park bench that would be about two inches tall and about three inches long. Is this a size in the modeling world or too big? Thanks

If you have made a park model is that it should have a scale in place. That is - the ratio of real to a model. Using this scale is what you need to determine the size of their bank. Since you seem to know what size you need may have to do it yourself. This is the standard for model trains:
