Hello, I have a lamp that I KRYSSBO to Ikea when plugged decided break on me. Http: / / www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/40069281 was as if the energy sewn and I think now that the box Black has been cast! My boy is quite good fixing things, but do not know where to get parts store or even take it? We have had this lamp for 2 + years and always worked well - My son does not store or receive instructions to either option does not pass. please help. More information available if needed.
